The installment ceremony for Eucharistic ministers took place on June 30, 2024, at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Jaffna. The event was organized by Rev. Fr. Maulis, the Director of the Diocesan Commission for Laity.
The ceremony was held during a Mass led by Rt. Rev. Dr. Justin Gnanapragasam, the Bishop of the Diocese of Jaffna. During this Mass, Mr. Gnanapragasam Yoganathan, Mr. Ligory Pruno Babu, and Mr. Roch Arulanandam Dineshraj assumed their roles as Eucharistic ministers.
They have been appointed as Eucharistic ministers under the guidance of the Jaffna Diocesan Laity Commission and officially appointed by the Bishop of Jaffna.
